- Ruth Williamson – Headteacher
Ruth leads our school with care and dedication, ensuring that every child gets the support they need to succeed. - Nicole Hunt – Deputy Headteacher (Curriculum & Safeguarding)
Nicole is responsible for overseeing our birth to five curriculum and our whole school assessments. Nicole is also a Designated Safeguarding Deputy (DSD), Student Manager, and Evolve Lead, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all - Phil Hunt – School Business Manager
Phil is the backbone of our school’s operations, ensuring the smooth running of all financial, administrative, and logistical aspects of the centre. From managing budgets to overseeing staff and resources, Phil plays a vital role in keeping everything organised and running efficiently. - Bonni Dixon – Inclusion Manager
Bonni is here to support children with additional needs and works closely with families and staff to ensure every child feels included.

- Allison Green – Teacher
Allison is a dedicated teacher who is responsible for leading our Main Room. She supports her team to create engaging activities to support children’s learning and growth. - Amy Brennan – Senior Early Years Practitioner
Amy supports the learning and development of the children while leading daily activities and routines. - Rebecca Miller – Early Years Practitioner
Rebecca is passionate about early childhood development and works closely with children to support their individual needs. She also oversees SEND provision in the Main Room, ensuring children with additional needs receive the right support and care to thrive. - Rachel Smith – Early Years Practitioner
Rachel helps children grow and develop through play and exploration. - Olivia Knowles – Early Years Practitioner

Violet leads the care and provision of our youngest learners, creating a calm and nurturing environment where babies feel safe, secure, and supported as they begin to build bonds beyond their family. - Hannah Dobinson – Early Years Practitioner
